What areas do you serve?
We serve Naples and the surrounding Collier County area. If you’re nearby and unsure, just ask — we’ll let you know right away.
What makes you different from a regular home-care agency?
We specialize only in dementia and memory care. Every caregiver is trained for it, and you get to watch video introductions and choose your caregiver before care begins.
How fast can care start?
We send three matched caregivers within 24 hours of learning your needs. Care can often begin within a few days, depending on your schedule.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You can adjust or cancel care with 7 days’ notice.
What if the caregiver isn’t the right fit?
If the match isn’t right within the first 7 days, we’ll re-match you with another caregiver at no extra cost.
What kinds of care do you offer?
Everything from part-time daily help to full-time care and 24/7 live-in support. As your parent’s needs change, the care can change with them.
Are your caregivers trained for difficult dementia behaviors?
Yes. Our caregivers are trained in dementia-specific communication, handling agitation and sundowning, and caring with patience and dignity.
